Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Reward Points

You earn points on every single purchase you make while logged into your account! For every $1 spent, you earn a designated number of points. You can also rack up extra points by completing special actions, such as completing your account profile or celebrating a birthday.

Simply log into your user profile and head over to the Reward Points tab. Your current point balance, transaction history, and available reward tiers will be displayed clearly.

It’s completely seamless! When you reach the checkout screen, a slider or dropdown menu will appear allowing you to apply your accumulated points directly to your current order as an instant discount.
